Services for Professionals: Speaking & Workshops

Dr. Hetts and Estep have for many years lectured both nationally and internationally to a variety of professional and lay groups, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary students, groomers, kennel and day care owners, pet sitters, dog trainers, breed and breed rescue groups, animal shelters, humane societies, animal control agencies, mediators (regarding barking dog problems), and more recently public service workers who are likely to encounter dogs (e.g. postal carriers, delivery people, meter readers, etc.). Click here to see examples of Dr. Hetts presentations, and here for Dr. Estep’s.

Suzanne and Dan are both experienced, accomplished, award winning speakers. Dr. Hetts was the recipient of American Humane Association’s “K.C. Award” for outstanding faculty. The University of Georgia’s Chapter of PsiChi (the national honor society in psychology) chose Dr. Estep for its Undergraduate Teaching Award for three years.

We have experience delivering a variety of workshops and lectures to groups that can benefit from information about animal behavior.
